Avenging Soleimani: Iranian Involvement in the Washington DC Protests
By E. Degage
In the wake of US Congress tallying the votes from the Electoral College, votes which lean towards Joe Biden being the new president, a band of pro-Trump activists and those searching for chaos descended upon Washington DC’s Capitol Hill yesterday on the 6th of January, 2021. Metropolitan police conceded and seemingly allowed the protestors to enter unabated, with some going so far as to eventually breach the Senate’s chamber, and many choosing to take trophy photos inside documenting this incident. Some even looted souvenirs like a podium from the Senate chambers, and broke into offices belonging to Pelosi and other lawmakers.
While both parties accuse each other of aligning or receiving assistance from foreign powers, be it China for the Democrats or Russia for helping plant Trump in office, one such country decided to directly take matters into their own hands.
Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri, the chief of staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, confirmed the presence of Iranian advisors and enablers at the protests.
“We promised to retaliate against the United States for the murder of Major general Qasem Soleimani,” where he was killed via a drone strike last January 3rd, 2020, “and we saw an easy opportunity to strike fear into their lawmakers who encroach on us, nonchalantly taking our lives when they see fit. So we helped lead their angry masses breach the gates of Capitol Hill.”
Ever since the Shah of Iran fell and Iran became an Islamic republic, its IRGC force, a separate military branch recruits those loyal to the Islamic political system, was established. Their forces have been involved in conflicts in Lebanon, Iraq, and currently Yemen and Syria, helping Shia rebels and other allies clandestinely with military advisors and training.
Thus, the IRGC snuck in advisors into the US prior to the protests in order to act as enablers that would cause chaos and destabilize the American government process, as retaliation for the killing of Soleimani.
Only one known photograph of the Iranian advisor at DC exists, as published from the Iranian site Sepah News. He is wearing the standard Iranian desert camouflage, a communications headset, and ammunition gear, despite having no weapon. The uniform is likely to make him identifiable to other IRGC agents, headsets for communicating with fellow agents, and the webbing to carry miscellaneous gear.
Reports from protestors and other news outlets mention an advisor commandeering a seized police armored car, attempting to use it as a battering ram while the Iranian song Khomeini e Emam, a revolutionary song praising Ruhollah Khomeini. The exact number of other Iranian advisors is unknown.
Numerous rebel groups have spawned as a response to Trump losing the 2020 elections. The Free American Army is a far-right organization loyal to Donald Trump, and the Boogaloo Front is a centrist moderate rebel organization with a blend of different political leanings. Currently it is not known whether Iran openly supports any rebel organization, or if other near peer threats to the US are supporting groups aligned with their own interests.
Whether or not foreign involvement was denied or confirmed, or if their actions were violent or non violent, 4 protestors died in the aftermath, one was shot by law enforcement inside the Capitol building and the other three of medical emergencies. At least one firearm was recovered during cleanup of the capitol, none of its shells were fired. Because of the secrecy of other nations’ involvement, the weapon may ostensibly been that of a spy or from a Trump supporter or other protester. Rioting was quelled as the FBI and the national guard arrived and the lawmakers resumed tallying votes. Biden is slated to be sworn in on January 21st despite the happenings which occured that day.

These are not real. That’d be funny if people think they’re real, but no. It’s not that deep. The state of media and people taking milsim too seriously, lol.
