PAP Plate Carriers Part 6: Type 16

First used by the Hong Kong Garrison PLA special forces, the Type 16 is an alternative for some PAP units who prefer more mobility over the Type 15. Originally a Huntec design but now manufactured by different companies in varying qualities and design variations. The vest is seen in regular PAP summer camo instead of the Special Forces tigerstripe pattern. The Type 16 comes with a wide variety of pouches and even a zip-on pack. This is a made-to-order item by PAP units thus not very easy to find.
